No Strings Badminton is a low cost way to play badminton for relaxed social game-play for adult players of all abilities.
Grab the opportunity to enjoy convenient weekly court time that’s gets you swinging a racket for fun & fitness with people like you.
These sessions will have a Badminton England endorsed “No Strings” co-ordinator to ensure players have an enjoyable time.
Please wear suitable clothing & footwear and it is recommended you bring a drink.
These are pay as play sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Turing School, Larkspur Drive, Eastbourne BN23 8EJ from 1st September 2026

There are limited spaces so players should book in advance to ensure a place — Fee £7 for the two hour sessions.
We use feather shuttles and I have some spare rackets if required
